Whether it is a cue that doesn't feel right or a table accessory that isn't the perfect fit, we are here to ensure your game stays on track.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team via email or phone to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and confirm your item's eligibility.
- 2.Secure Packaging
Carefully pack your items in their original manufacturer's packaging, ensuring that pool cues are supported to prevent warping or damage during transit.
- 3.Label and Ship
Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the shipping box and send the package to our distribution center using a trackable shipping method.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned gear, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
